Day 7 of the #SpeakatHomeTonight Challenge It's Day 7 of the #SpeakatHomeTonight challenge and today I am talking about getting dressed. Ich ziehe mich an! - I'm getting dressed Es ist sehr kalt draussen also ich brauche meinen Hut, meine Jacke, und auch meine Stiefel. - It's very cold outside so I need my hat, my jacket, and also my boots. Grab your hand shoes! In German, gloves are literally called "hand shoes" - it's so cute :) der Handschuh - glove die Handschuhe - gloves How the #SpeakatHomeTonight challenge works: The goal is to practice speaking in German or in whatever language you are learning! You can watch and listen along to the videos that I post every day and try to repeat and mimic what I am saying. Watch a few times through and write down any words or phrases that are new to you.
