Eins, zwei, drei You probably already know how to count to three in German. Have you ever heard the rhyming poem to learn how to count to ten in German? I love to teach this to children as well as adults. It’s a great way to teach your child German even if you don’t speak the language yourself. Eins, Zwei- Polizei Drei, Vier - Offizier Fünf, Sechs - Alte Hex Sieben, Acht - Gute Nacht Neun, Zehn - Auf Wiedersehen! One, two - Police Three, four - Officer Five, Six - Old Witch Seven, Eight - Good night Nine, Ten - Goodbye!/Until next time :) Übung macht den Meister The goal is to practice speaking in German or in whatever language you are learning! You can watch and listen along to the videos that I post every day and try to repeat and mimic what I am saying. Watch a few times through and write down any words or phrases that are new to you. Record yourself speaking and post it to Instagram, Insta Stories, Facebook, and Twitter using the #SpeakatHomeTonight. As always, please let me know if you have any questions! Stay in touch with me here, over on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and like, comment and remember to subscribe on YouTube.
